合理新闻制度的评价原则

摘　　要：合理的新闻制度,应有利于传媒业自身之发展,有利于社会公序良俗之形成,有利于社会公益之达成。新闻制度的合理化意蕴有三:其一,合规律性,即符合新闻业演变特征及发展趋势;其二,合目的性,即符合社会公众的普遍利益和共同期望;其三,合可行性,即与社会政治经济制度及其未来发展趋势相适应。新闻制度的合理化程度取决于社会制度的合理状态,同时,合理的新闻制度有助于促成更为合理的社会制度。The rational press system should be conducive to the self - development of the media industry and the formation of public order and social morals, and it should also be in favor of public interests. There are three implications when it comes to the rationalization of the press system ： First, to regularity, that is, in line with the evolution of journalism;Second,to purpose,namely in line with the public＇s general interests and common expectations ;Third, to feasibility, that is to say, adapting to the political and economic systems and the future trend. The rationalization extent of the press system depends on the reasonable state of social institution, meanwhile, the rational press system helps to promote more reasonable social institution.
