摘　　要：通过10 t桥式起重机在安钢450 m3高炉的应用现状分析,对起重机在使用过程中所暴露问题有针对性改造,并结合维修现状提出前景性的改进思路,使其结构配置更加合理,提高了起重机使用中的稳定性,延长了天车使用寿命,确保了高炉低成本生产稳定顺行。Through the analysis on application status of 10t bridge crane to Angang 450 m3 blast furnace , recasts the prob-lems of crane in the use process , and is relevant to the improvement ideas and measures , makes the structure more reasona-ble, improves the operation stability , prolongs the service life of crane , to ensure the stable operation of blast furnace pro-duction with low cost .
