摘  要:在昆明新机场航站楼超大跨度空间双坡翘曲形网架屋面吊顶施工中,针对现有吊顶系统较难适应空间结构变形带来的设计和施工难题,研制出具有可三级三维可调式铰接机构的吊顶系统,该吊顶系统实现了适应网架变形、与网架无焊接连接、可逆作法施工等功能,具有结构简单可靠,安装效率高,成本低的特点,经济效果显著。During construction of suspended ceiling of superlarge span spatial double-pitch warped grid roof of Kunming New Airport Terminal Building, a 3-level 3D adjustable hinged mechanism suspended ceiling system is developed, because existing suspended ceiling system could not solve the design and construction difficulties due to spatial structural deformation. The new suspended ceiling system is applicable to grid deformation and topdown construction and has no welded joint with grid. In addition, it has simple and reliable structure, high installation efficiency, low cost and favorable economic effect.
