摘 要:厦门高崎国际机场T4航站楼有79根钢管劲性混凝土柱,根据工程特点,从劲性柱的钢筋工程、模板工程、混凝土工程和柱内钢柱脚安装等方面制订施工方案,通过结合现场试验和电子计算机精确放样,保证了大直径柱筋顺利安装。通过方案对比对大截面劲性柱钢模板的优化设计,保证了本工程大截面劲性柱顺利施工,施工质量好,并保证了施工工期。T4 Terminal Building of Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport is supported by 79 pieces of steel tube reinforced concrete columns. Considering the engineering characteristics, construction schemes are prepared on the aspects of reinforcement construction of steel reinforced column, formwork construction, concrete construction, installation of base in column, etc., and filed tests and computer-aided accurate simulation are carried out to guarantee successful installation of large-diameter column reinforcement. Different schemes are compared with each other to optimize the design of steel formwork for large-section steel reinforced column, providing guarantee for successful construction, reliable construction quality and construction schedule of large- section steel reinforced steel column.
