摘　　要：文章梳理了目前全国各地公共图书馆服务体系建设的模式,就各种模式的特点和成就及存在的缺失进行了简要的评价,在此层面上,对未来公共图书馆管理体制与服务模式的建设问题进行了探讨,提出了一些实际操作的原则和思路。This paper presents the mode of the construction of public library service system all over the country and evalu-ates the characteristics .achievements and lack of various models .The future construction of public library management system and service mode is discussed , some principles and ideas of practical operation are also put forward.
