摘　　要：科研人员参与开放获取期刊(Open Access Journal,简称OAJ)出版具有明显的知识共享特征,在详细分析传统知识共享研究的基础上,从社会交换理论、社会认知理论和社会资本理论中总结知识共享视角下影响科研人员接受OAJ出版的因素,并据此提出提升科研人员接受OAJ出版意愿的建议。Researchers take part in Open Access Journal（ OAJ） Publishing can be seen as a kind of knowledge sharing be-havior.In this article, based on the detailed analysis of traditional knowledge sharing research, the factors influencing researchers’ acceptance of OAJ publishing were generalized from the social exchange theory, social cognitive theory and social capital theory, then some suggestions on how to improve researchers’ acceptance of OAJ publishing were proposed.
