摘　　要：文章讨论了图书馆服务中的技术、理念和制度在图书馆发展中的作用,以及三者间关系。分析了技术、理念和制度在文化中的位置,以及它们在人们认知和文化结构中的特征。This paper discusses the function of the technology , concept and system of library service in the library devel-opment and the relationship between the three.The position in the culture, the characteristics in people’ s cognition and cultural structure of the technology , concept and system is also analyzed.
