摘　　要：文章对美国ALA认证的21所美国LIS院校进行研究,通过调查其名称变化、培养目标、专业设置、课程设置、科学研究以及就业领域等,总结iSchools运动的基本特征及发展趋势,深入分析iSchools联盟的成员,探讨iSchools运动对美国图书情报学科建设及图书情报领域就业等方面的影响。The paper takes 21 iSchools which are accredited by ALA for example and concludes the essential feature and devel-opment tendency of iSchool movement through investigate the changes of names, training goals, degree programmes, curriculum provi-sion, scientific research and era of employment of iSchools and also analyze the allied members of iSchool movement to discuss the impact of the movement on discipline construction and employment status of the library and information science field in USA.
