结肠透析联合开同片对慢性肾脏病4期患者的影响

摘　　要：目的观察结肠透析联合开同治疗慢性肾脏病4期的效果。方法选取慢性肾脏病4期的患者40例,在常规治疗的基础上给予结肠透析治疗,隔日1次。同时服用开同片,每天3次,每次4片,治疗3个月。采用自身对照研究方法在开始及3个月末对血红蛋白、血浆白蛋白、血肌酐、尿素、血磷、血钙的水平及主观综合性营养进行评估。结果经过3个月的治疗,患者血红蛋白、白蛋白、血钙明显上升,血肌酐、尿素、血磷水平明显下降,主观综合性营养评估明显上升。结论结肠透析联合开同片不但能降低慢性肾脏病4期患者的血肌酐和尿素,而且能改善患者的贫血和营养状态,提高患者的生存质量。Objective To observe the effects of colon dialysis combined with ct-ketoacid on the patients with chronic kidney diseases stage 4 （CKD4）. Methods 40 patients who were confirmed of chron- ic kidney disease of stage 4 were selected The forty patients of chronic kidney diseases were treated with colon dialysis once every two days. At the same time, the patients also take Compound α-ketoacid Tablets 3 times per day and 4 pills per time. The treatment has been maintained for 3 months. The levels of serumphosphorus, calcium, creatinine, iblood urea nitrogen（BUN）, hemoglobin, ambumin of these patients decreased significantly after treatment of 3 months while subjective global assessment（SGA） increases significantly. Results After treatment of 3 months, the levels of hemoglobin, ambumin, calcium, SGA of the patients increased significanldy （P 〈 0.05 ） while the levels of phosphorus, ereatinine and BUN decreased significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The treatment of colon dialysis combined with α- ketoacid not only brings down the levels of creatinine and BUN of patients with chronic kidney diseases stage 4, but also improves the anemia and nutrition status and further the life quality of the patients.
