摘　　要：通过室内利用诱杀型触破式微胶囊剂对松褐天牛进行毒力试验,得出其毒力回归方程,并确定100倍液为室内最佳持效实验浓度。应用该药剂100倍稀释液,每隔10 d打1次药能迅速诱杀飞到诱木上产卵交配的成虫。林间诱木设置间隔50 m,1株喷洒诱杀剂的诱木在林间能迅速诱杀0.785 hm2内的松褐天牛成虫;诱木间隔100 m,也能较有效地诱杀3.14 hm2内的松褐天牛成虫。考虑经济有效性,建议生产上1 hm2设置1株诱木,每隔15 d喷1次100倍稀释液为宜。The toxicities and control effects of attractively=killing-type contacted-breaking release micro- capsule against M. alternatus were tested in the laboratory. The virulence regression equation was obtained and the optimum experimental concentration was screened and ascertained at 100 times solution. Using 100 times solution every 10 days could quickly attract and kill the adult which was in the spawning period. After spayed insecticide, 1 wooden lure established every 50 m could quickly attract the adult in the area of 0.785 hm2, and that for every 100 m could also effectively attract those in the area of 3.14 hm2. Considering economy and efficiency, it was suggest that one wooden lure should be set up every 1 hm2 in production, and spay insecticide 100 times solution every 15 days.
