新生代农民工与城乡统筹的内在逻辑及耦合路径

摘　　要：新农村建设和新型城镇化既是中国农村发展的两大主题,也是驱动中国城乡统筹发展及现代化建设的两个巨轮。愿意返乡创业的新生代农民工是新农村建设的内生动力,实现返乡新生代农民工在县域城镇的市民化梦想则是新型城镇化的重要标尺。政府创造条件响应其诉求,是城乡统筹的实践突破和人文回归。The development of a new socialist countryside and the new path of urbanization are not only the two themes of the Chinese rural development, but also the two impetuses to balancing urban and rural development and China＆#39;s modernization. The government should create conditions in response to the appeal from the new generation of migrant workers, encourage returned rural migrant workers, the major driving force in developing a new socialist countryside, to start businesses in their hometowns and help returned new generation of migrant workers to strive for their dream of realizing urbanization in their hometowns, which is of some practical and humanitarian sig-nificance.
