摘 要:通过水泥净浆流动度试验和TOC吸附试验研究了聚羧酸减水剂在水泥颗粒表面的吸附量与吸附时间和减水剂浓度之间的关系。研究表明,水泥对聚羧酸减水剂的吸附量随时间的延长而增加,最终达到平衡。通过Gibbs吸附等温式得出吸附量随浓度的增加存在饱和吸附量,并根据Langmuir等温吸附模型计算出其饱和吸附量。The relationship between the adsorption capacity and adsorption time and the concentration of ploycarboxylate superplasticizer was studied on the surface of the cement particles through the fluidity of cement slurry test and TOC adsorption test. Studies have shown that adsorption capacity varies with time,get balance finally. Through the Gibbs adsorption isothermal adsorption equation,conclude there is a saturated adsorption with the increase of the concentration,according to the Langmuir adsorption isothermal adsorption model to calculate the saturated adsorption.
