摘 要:实验从不同混凝土强度等级、不同再生粗集料取代率为变量,研究了再生混凝土在高温蒸压养护后的耐久性能,即干燥收缩长度变化及抗碳化性能,并与普通混凝土试件进行对比。实验结果表明,在标准养护时再生混凝土试件随着再生粗集料取代率的增加,干燥收缩长度变化率及碳化深度有所加大;高温蒸压养护再生混凝土及对比用普通混凝土试件的干燥收缩长度变化率比标准养护试件小,再生粗集料取代率的影响有限,可控制在3~4.5×10-4范围内,但碳化深度不仅随再生粗集料取代率的增加而加大,还要超出标准养护试件。The tests use different concrete strength grades、different recycled aggregate replacement ratios as variables,study the durability of recycled concrete after autoclave curing,which is the length change of drying shrinkage and the carbonation resistance,and compared with the ordinary concrete specimens.The results indicated that,during the standard curing,the recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate increased,the length change rate of drying shrinkage and the depth of carbonation increased a bit during; The length change rates of drying shrinkage of both recycled concrete specimens and the comparative ordinary concrete specimens during autoclave curing were lower than that of the standard curing specimens,and the influence of recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate was limited,it could be controlled in the range of 3-4. 5 × 10- 4,but the depth of carbonation had not only increased as recycled coarse aggregate replacement ratio increased,but also exceeded the standard curing specimens.
