摘 要:以王港潮滩湿地互花米草-沉积物为研究对象,分析了Cu、Zn、Pb、Cr和Mn 5种元素在该植物体内的积累、富集及迁移规律.结果表明,盐沼湿地重金属含量的垂向变化受粒径的影响比较小,主要受控于植物地下生物量的大小;枯枝落叶中重金属释放分解主要发生在60d以内;互花米草体内元素的积累与分配主要取决于植物生物量的积累及其各组分中元素的含量;互花米草对5种重金属元素的吸收有一定的选择性,植物不同部位的累积存在差异,Mn表现为叶>茎>根,Cu、Zn极大部分在根部累积,Pb和Cr的表现为根>叶>茎;该植物对5种重金属元素的迁移效率表现为Mn>Pb>Cr>Zn>Cu.We regard Spartina alterniflora and sediments in the Wanggang tidal wetland as the object of the study and analyse the regular patterns of accumulation,enrichment and migration of the five elements-Cu,Zn,Pb,Cr and Mn in the system.The results showed that the vertical variation of the concentration of heavy metal in salt marsh was slightly affected by grain size and it was mainly controlled by the plant's underground biomass;the decomposition of heavy metal occurred mainly within 60days;the total of elements in Spartina alterniflora mainly depended on plant's biomass and the concentration;and the absorption of heavy metal elements of Spartina alterniflora had certain selectivity.The total heavy metals in different parts of the plant were different.The preferential order of Mn in different parts was leavestemroot.Cu and Zn mainly accumulated in root.The preferential order of Pb and Cr in different parts was rootleavestem;The preferential order of transport efficiency was MnPbCrZnCu.
