摘  要:选择了7种江苏盐城原生滨海湿地的典型滩面作为研究对象,对生物四季、不同深度的土壤微生物进行微生物群落生理功能多样性(CLPP)分析,结果表明:互花米草滩和芦苇滩的土壤微生物多样性和活性最高,而碱蓬滩最低,光滩介于二者之间;表土层微生物活性的季节波动比亚表层大;芦苇滩和互花米草滩的多样性季节变化的表层土和亚表层土的差异较小,而碱蓬滩和光滩的差异较大;在7月和10月时,互花米草滩和光滩的多样性较为接近,且群落结构无明显差异,而在1月和4月时多样性差异大,且群落结构明显不同;芦苇滩和互花米草滩的土壤微生物群落结构较为一致;引起不同滩面、不同季节、不同深度的土壤微生物群落结构差异的主要因素是由不同微生物群落对碳源的总体利用能力造成;季相变化是影响土壤微生物群落结构的最重要因子,滩面类型次之,而不同深度(0~40cm)所产生的影响则较小.We analyze the functional diversity of soil microbial communities in four seasons and deepness between 0~20cm and 20~40cm in 7representative wetlands locating in Jiangsu Yancheng original coastal wetlands.Results showed that Sparina alterniflora wetland and Phragmites australis wetland had the highest functional diversity and livingness,Suaeda glauca wetland has the lowest values and bare flat was among the middle.The variances of Shannon-Wiener diversity in different seasons in surface layer is larger than sub-surface layer as a whole,while the difference between the variances of Shannon-Wiener diversity in different seasons in surface layer and sub-surface layer is less in Sparina alterniflora wetland and Phragmites australis wetland,but larger in Suaeda glauca wetland andbare flat;the functional diversity and structure of soil microbial communities is similar in July and October,but with significant difference in January and April.The characters of soil microbial communities in Sparina alterniflora wetland and Phragmites australis wetland are similar,which is the usage ability of the whole carbon resource that causes the different structure of soil microbial communities in different wetlands,seasons and deepness;the changes in different seasons is the most important reason that impacts the structure of soil microbial communities than wetland types and deepness.
