摘　　要：随着资源型地区的产业转型发展,必将对资源型地区技能人才的数量、质量和结构提出更高的要求。以山西省为例,探索并建立符合资源型地区产业调整和升级的技能人才发展机制,是建设现代化产业体系和促进经济社会持续健康发展的现实需要和必然选择。With the industrial transformation of resource - based regions, higher requirements will be put for- ward on skilled talents quantity, quality and structure. Based on the current situation of the development of Shanxi province, to explore and establish skilled talents development mechanism which accord with the adjustment and up- grading of resource - based regions which is the practical needs and inevitable choice of building modern industrial system and promoting the sustained and healthy development of economic society.
