摘　　要：2012年中国人民大学信息资源管理学院课题组对全国23个省级档案馆和11个副省级档案馆的电子文件移交接收和管理情况进行了第二轮问卷调查,与两年前的调查相比,已经接收电子文件、常规性接收的档案馆比例均大幅提高,规范制定工作有所改进,长期保存方法有所发展。然而,进馆文件种类有限、质量把关不严、管理机制不顺、基础性长期保存措施仍不普及等问题依然存在。The research team of School of Information Resource Management at Renmin University of China took a further investigation on the electronic records transfer and preservation involving 23 provincial Archives and 11 vice-provincial Archives in 2012. Compared with the survey two years ago, the volume of Archives which have routinely ingested electronic records has been increased quickly, the standards and regulations have been improved and the methods of long-term preservation have been developed. Neverthe- less, severe problems still exist including the limited types of documents, the unsuitable organizational sys- tems and the lack of fundamental digital preservation measures.
