摘　　要：从提高数字档案馆运行效率和资源采集、保管和利用质量出发,采用功能分析的方法建立我国数字档案馆标准规范体系框架,分析我国数字档案馆标准规范体系的具体内容,提出应积极补充和借鉴国际标准、健全数字档案馆内部标准规范、更新我国现有标准规范体系和研制前瞻性意义的标准规范等措施,以进一步提升我国数字档案馆建设的标准化水平。For improving the efficiency and archive resources ingest,preservation and access quality of digital archives,the paper adopts functional analysis method to establish the standard and regulation system framework of our digital archive and analyzes the contents of the standard and regulation system. It also puts forward to actively complement and draw on international standards, improve internal standards of digi- tal archives, update existing standards and develop forward-looking standards and other measures to im- prove the standardization level of our digital archive.
