摘　　要：本文分析了计算机技术恢复灾害档案褪变字迹的主要特点及其应用,介绍了利用计算机技术恢复灾害档案褪变字迹的方法和流程,并以某地地震灾害档案为例,阐述了利用文检仪、扫描仪、图像处理软件Photoshop恢复灾害档案字迹的具体操作步骤,展示了对洇化扩散字迹、半透明污斑遮挡字迹以及背透字迹的恢复效果,其目的是通过本文的研究结论和成果为恢复灾害档案褪变字迹提供参考。The main characteristics and the application of archives image restoration through computer technology is presented in this paper in the first place. Then the method and process of recovery of the degraded handwriting of afflicted archives through computer technology is introduced. The detailed operation procedures of the restoration of afflicted Archives handwriting using a video spectral comparator, a scanner and an image editing application known as Adobe Photoshop are illustrated in this paper taking one of post-earthquake archives as an example. The proposed method is tested on various samples of scanned archives images, and the results show some convincing removal of bleed-through, diffusion and semi-trans- parent blotches. Through this research, this paper aims to provide reference for recovery of afflicted Archives images.
