摘　　要：依据新生代农民工在农村城镇化进程中的发展现状,分析农村城镇化、工业化、农业产业化和农民市民化为其提供的良好机遇以及所面临的二元体制、产业结构、职业技能和文化素质等方面的挑战。地方政府应从探索和完善相关政策和制度以应对二元体制;创新新生代农民工户籍多元复合转移模式;重视职业技能培训,制定多层次人才发展战略;加强对新生代农民工的文化素质培养和人关怀等方面探寻新生代农民工市民化的出路。Based on the present situation of the development of the new generation of migrant workers in the process of rural urbanization,analysis is made of the rural urbanization,industrialization,agricultural industrialization and urbanization which provide farmers good opportunities and also challenges the farmers will face in the areas of the dual system,industrial structure,occupational skills and cultural quality.The local government should probe the way of the urbanization of the new generation of migrant workers by exploring and perfecting the relevant policies and systems to deal with the dual system;innovating the multiple transfer mode of household register of the new generation of migrant workers;paying attention to occupational skills training,establishing a multilevel talent development strategy;strengthening cultural quality cultivation and humanistic care of the new generation of migrant workers.
