农民专业合作社联合模式分析——基于交易价值视角

摘　　要：农民专业合作社之间的联合与合作是当前农民专业合作社发展的重点之一。在介绍交易价值理论的基础上,从交易价值视角分析了农民专业合作社联合的模式。研究发现,当农民专业合作社的联合动机是为了降低成本、提高内部价值时,应该以联合社的形式联合;当联合动机是为了提高交易价值、降低内部化成本时,则应该以联合会的形式联合。Union and cooperation among farmer cooperatives is one of the keys for the development of farmer cooperatives.Based on the theory of transaction values,this paper analyzes the union modes of farmer cooperatives.The research shows that：when the motivation to union is to reduce cost and increase hierarchy value,the union modes should be in the form of joint association;when it is to increase the transaction value and reduce hierarchy cost,it should be combined with federation of cooperatives.
