中国梦视域中的政治文明建设——基于艾伦·梅克森斯·伍德的民主观

摘　　要：艾伦·梅克森斯·伍德认为建立在政治与经济分离基础上的西方民主是虚假的;西方民主是帝国的意识形态,是资本主义霸权的工具,是社会运行的机制;要超越西方民主必须消除资本主义的生产资料私有制,实现经济民主和政治民主,构建社会主义的分配方式和消费方式。这对中国政治文明建设具有重要的启示:首先,要实现政治与经济的协调发展。其次,要加强法制建设,维护好社会的公平正义。再次,要推进政治体制改革,转变政府管理理念,建成法制政府、廉洁政府、高效政府和服务型政府。最后,巩固马克思主义在政治文明建设中的指导地位,自觉抵制西方消费主义和新自由主义的侵蚀,积极探索社会主义民主政治建设之路。Wood believes that Western democracy is a sham based on the separation of politics and economy; it is an imperialist ideology,a tool of the capitalist hegemony,and a mechanism of social operation. To go beyond the Western democracy must eliminate the capitalist private ownership of the means of production,exercise economic and political democracies,and establish socialist patterns of distribution and consumption. This conception has important implications for the political civilization construction in China: firstly,we must coordinate political and economic developments; secondly,we must strengthen the legal system construction to maintain social fairness and justice; thirdly,we must promote political reforms,transform government philosophy of management,and create a lean,efficient,and service-oriented government that rules by law; and finally,we must consolidate the guiding position of Marxism in the construction of political civilization,consciously resist the erosion of Western consumerism and neo-liberalism,and actively explore the road of socialist democratic politics.
