摘　　要：《四库全书荟要提要》是指收录于《四库全书荟要》中各书的书前提要,因完成时间相对较早,与它本《四库全书》提要存在不少差异。论文以史部提要为例,将《荟要提要》与它本《四库全书》提要作一综合比对,以《荟要提要》证《四库全书》提要之误,也以《四库全书》提要证《荟要提要》之误。The Abstracts in the Abbreviative Edition of Complete Library in the Four Branches of Literature are those abstracts ahead attached to every book complied in The Abbreviative Edition of Complete Library in the Four Branches of Literature. Due to the relatively early completion time, they have many differences with the other abstracts of Complete Library in the Four Branches of Literature. Taking the history department abstracts as example, this paper makes a comprehensive comparison with them and the other abstracts of Complete Library in the Four Branches of Literature, using The Abstracts in the Abbreviative Edition of Complete Library in the Four Branches of Literature to prove the wrong of The Complete Library in the Four Branches of Literature and vice versa.
