摘　　要：法律监督公开宣告制度是指检察人员在类似于法庭一样的特定场所,向法律监督相对方或其他利益相关方,以公开、透明的方式宣告法律监督的工作结果、结论。作为一项新生的公开制度,在实践中存在规定不一的情况,为此,需要从适用范围、宣告主体和地点选择进行规范。适用范围上应当是具有终结性决定,对其公开不会影响和妨碍执法的文书;宣告的主体应当是作出决定的办案负责人;参加人员应当包括与案件有关的利害关系人、人民监督员和普通民众;地点应当选择类似于人民法院法庭的专门用于公开宣告的场所,可以取名为"法律监督公开宣告室"。同时,为了更好发挥法律监督公开宣告制度的作用,应该从场所的规范化建设、增加媒体的参与和宣告后的答疑程序等方面进行配套机制的完善,以期构建我国特色的法律监督公开宣告制度。Open Declaration of Legal Supervision Doctrine requires prosecutors to announce the results and conclusions of supervisory work to the supervisory objects and other interested parties. Furthermore, such open declarations must be held in a certain place（such as an open court） and in an open and transparent manner. As a newborn disclosure doctrine, Open Declaration of Legal Supervision Doctrine of which enforcement in practice is nonstandard needs to be regulated. Its applicative scope, dilatants, participants and declaring places should be specified and unified. The scope of the legal document to public should be the summative decision and the publicity of which does not affect and obstruct law enforcement instruments. The subject of declaration is the responsible person to make a decision; participants should include people interested in connection with the case, the people＇s supervisor and the general public. The place shall be similar to the people＇s court for public announcement and can be named ＂legal supervision proclaiming room＂. In the meantime, to make better use of this doctrine and with the hope to make a Chinese-characterized Open Declaration of Legal Supervision Doctrine, matters of standardization construction of declaring place, the media engagement, post-declaration answering questions procedure ought to be improved.
