摘　　要：介绍了丁腈橡胶-金属复合密封垫片制备方法及最佳配方:生胶选用丁腈橡胶DN219,用量100,补强填料选用炭黑N330与热固性酚醛树脂的配合,用量都为30份,硫化体系采用过氧化物硫化体系,DCP用量为2份,其他助剂为:氧化锌5份、硬脂酸1份;增塑剂DOP 4份;防老剂4010NA2份;溶剂400份;垫片的施工工艺为:用清洗液(脱脂液)浸泡金属板材,然后用清洗机清洗、烘干后,采用喷涂或浸涂的方式将涂料施工于板材表面,然后放入烘箱中150℃×30min,取出冷却,最后经冲压、裁切成型。由本试验制备的垫片已应用于密封领域。The preparation method and the best formula of nitrile rubber（NBR）coating for seal of automobile engine was introduced, the optimum formulation was obtained： nitrile rubber DN219 100,N330 30,thermosetting phenol resin 30, DCP 2, ZnO 5, SA 1,DOP 4,4010NA 2, solvent 400. The construction process of the gasket was obtained：washed the sub- strate with the degreasing fluid, then put into cleaning machine for further cleaning and drying. Coating on the surface of the plate with the spraying or dip coating way,after that, put into the oven at 150℃ for 30min, lastcropped and press molding. The gasket prepared by this NBR coating was proved to meet the demands of seal field.
