摘 要:以硝酸钇为钇源,用共沉淀法制备Y2O3超细粉。为改善其在有机相中的分散性和相容性,以乙醇作为分散介质用油酸对其表面改性,研究了改性温度、油酸用量和改性时间对粉体亲油化度的影响,采用XRD,FI-IR,激光粒度分析仪等手段对粉体表征。结果表明:改性前后粉体的晶型不变,油酸成功接枝到粉体表面;当改性剂物料比为0.15∶1,改性温度在60~70℃,改性时间为3h时,改性效果最好,亲油化度达到65.4%;与改性前相比平均粒径变小,分布更窄,粉体在有机相中更加分散。With yttrium nitrate as the yttrium source, Y2 O3 ultrafine powders was prepared by coprecipitation meth- od. In order to improve its dispersibility in organic phase and compatibility,with ethanol as the dispersion medium and oleic acid on its surface modification. The influence of the modification temperature, amount of oleic acid and modification time on powder lipophilic degree were studied, the powders were characterized by XRD, FI-IR, laser particle size analyzer. The re suits showed that powder crystal shape unchanged before and after modification, Oleic acid was successful grafted to the surface of the powder. When the modifying agent/ material ratio was 0.15 : 1 ,modification temperature at 60-70℃ ,modi- fication time for 3h, the modification effect was the best. Lipophilic degree reached 65.4% ; Compared with before modifica- tion, powders became smaller average particle size, narrower distribution and more dispersed in the organic phase.
