摘  要:利用盐酸为催化剂,以二甲基乙氧基硅烷、二苯基乙氧基硅烷、γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷及水进行水解缩聚反应,制备了具有反应活性的有机-无机杂化有机硅树脂共聚物。通过正交实验研究了催化剂浓度、原料配比、温度及水对树脂产率的影响,得出适宜的合成工艺条件为酸浓度为0.05mol/L、原料配比为1.5∶2.5∶6、温度为70℃、水量为0.1mol。采用红外光谱、核磁对最优配比产物结构进行了表征,表明树脂中具有可反应性基团,其主链为硅氧链。采用GPC分析,数均分子量为43040,分散系数为2.3,分布较宽。Using hydrochloric acid as catalyst, copolymer of reactive organic-inorganic hybrid silicone resin was pre- pared through hydrolysis and condensation reaction by dimethyl silane, diphenyl silane, γ-(2,3-epoxypropoxy)propyl trimethoxysilane and water. The effection of catalyst concentration, ratio of raw materials, the temperature and water on the resin was studied by orthogonal experiment. Suitable synthetic process conditions was obtained as acid concentration of 0.05mol/ L,mole ratio of 1.5 : 2.5 : 6,temperature at 70℃ ,water of 0. lmol. Structure of the optimal ratio product was demonstrated by IR,NMR. A reactive group was observed in the resin,which main chain was silicon oxide chain. The number average molecular weight of 43040 and polydispersity index of 2.3 were obtained by analysis of GPC, since the distribution was wide.
