多层接结织物的设计技巧

摘　　要：将多层织物的快速设计与透明叠加法结合设计多层接结织物组织,先利用Excel表格绘制该类多层织物组织图,再用透明叠加处理法确定接结组织点获得接结组织图,将多层织物组织图与接结组织图合成构成一个整体结构的多层接结织物组织。在利用文章提出的设计技巧对多层接结织物组织图的绘制过程中发现,用快速设计技巧绘制多层接结织物组织图快速、省时、准确,具有一定的实用价值,也为该类织物组织CAD软件的开发提供一个新方向。This paper designed multi-layer junction fabric by the method that combined multi-layer fabric＇s rapid design with transparent overlapping. Using Excel spreadsheet firstly,it drawed this multilayer fabric weave diagram,then arranged junction node with transparent overlapping method to get stitching weave diagram. Multi-layer fabric weave diagram and stitching weave diagram constituted a whole structure of multi-layer stitching weave diagram. We found that the rapid design skill was fast,efficient and accurate during drawing multi-layer stitching weave diagram by design skill that this paper came up,it had certain practical value,and provided a new way to develop this kind of fabric CAD software.
