摘　　要：根据市场需求,阐述利用精纺及半精纺技术开发圆机针织呢绒的过程。了解和掌握针织物和梭织物各自的特点,在弹性、透气性、结构稳定性等多方面进行对比。从原料、纱支、组织、生产工艺流程等方面进行详细论述,指出开发该类产品过程中的关键问题及注意事项。开发的针织时尚花呢改善了传统针织物易毡缩的特性,同时又保留了其优点,赋予了精纺、半精纺毛织物高档的光泽和手感,产品风格独特,具有良好的市场前景。In this paper,according to the market demand,the process of worsted and semi worsted technology development of circular knitted fabric was described. It grasped the characteristics of knitted and woven fabrics respectivly. Elastic,breathable,structural stability and other aspects was comparison.It discussed in detail the raw material,yarn,organization,production technological process. It is pointed out that the key problem of this kind of product development process and the matters needing attention.Knitting fashion tweed with characteristics of wool felting,improves the disadvantages of traditional indicators knitted fabric,while retaining its advantages,but also gives the worsted,semi worsted high gloss and feel,unique style of products,and has good market prospects.
