摘 要:采用低温氧等离子体对羊毛进行改性处理,用纤维细度仪拍照观察比较其失重变化,测试比较处理前后羊毛纤维的润湿性能、染色性能、单纤维摩擦因数和定向摩擦效应、单纤维断裂强力和断裂伸长等性能,就等离子体在羊毛改性应用中的原理进行了重点分析探讨。研究结果表明:经低温氧等离子体处理的羊毛会失重,单纤维的摩擦因数增大,而其定向摩擦因数却减小,手感粗糙,相反其毡缩性能却有所改善;纤维的断裂强力和断裂伸长率均有减小趋势的改变;润湿及染色性能也得到进一步提升。因此,经低温氧等离子体处理的羊毛,可实现低温低酸量的染色,有利于节能环保,具有很强的工业生产推广价值。This paper uses low-temperature oxygen plasma modification of wool,camera changes observed weight loss compared with fiber fineness tester,the wetting properties of wool fibers,dyeing properties,friction coefficient and directional single fiber friction effect before and after tests comparing treatment and breaking strength and elongation properties of single fibers,then,on the plasma in the wool modified application of the principle focus of the analysis discussed. The results showed that the lowtemperature oxygen plasma treatment of wool would be weightless, single fiber friction coefficient increases,while its directional friction coefficient was reduced,feel rough,but the opposite of its felting performance improved. Fiber breaking force and elongation at break were decreased. Wetting and dyeing performance had been further enhanced. Therefore,wool treated with low temperature oxygen plasma,can dyeing in low temperatme with lower acid. Conducive to energy which was conservational and environmental,had a strong industrial production value.
