摘  要:为了评定山羊绒纤维的综合性能,准备了8个批次的分梳山羊绒纤维,依据GB 18267—2000《山羊绒》和FZ/T 21003—2010《分梳山羊绒》测试了分梳山羊绒的品质指标:平均直径、直径变异系数、平均长度、短绒率、含杂率、平均断裂强力,采用灰色关联分析方法确定了品质贡献系数:平均直径(0.21)、直径变异系数(0.15)、平均长度(0.19)、短绒率(0.14)、含杂率(0.11)、平均断裂强力(0.20),评价了8个批次分梳山羊绒纤维的综合性能,其中121批次综合性能最好。提出的评价方法对分梳山羊绒纤维综合性能评价更客观、更准确,也为选择合适的山羊绒纤维提供科学指导。In order to evaluate the comprehensive performance of cashmere fiber,eight different batches of dehaired cashmere were prepared. According to the national standard GB 18267—2000( cashmere) and industry standard FZ/T 21003—2010( dehaired cashmere),quality parameters of dehaired cashmere were tested,complete with the average diameter,the coefficient of variation of diameter,the average length,the short fiber content,the impurity percentage and the average breaking strength. Based on grey relational analysis,the contribution coefficient of each quality each parameter was defined respectively: the average diameter( 0. 21),the coefficient of variation of diameter( 0. 15),the average length( 0. 19),the short fiber content( 0. 14),the impurity percentage( 0. 11),and the average breaking strength( 0. 20),and comprehensive evaluation of each performance was conducted,with the batch No. 121 showing the best performance. The proposed evaluation method is more objective and accurate,which provides reference for selecting the right dehaired cashmere fiber.
