摘  要:针对工业控制系统中需要远程监控功能但设备安装在恶劣环境下或不便于连接以太网的问题,系统采用GSM短信通信方式,硬件由MOXA 2151I短信模块和工控机构成,通过由VC6.0编写的监控软件给2151I发送AT指令从而实现将控制现场故障信息传输到远程监控站。结合在铝电解生产过程故障监测的应用证明,本方法可以减少值班人员数量和设备巡查频率,从而为企业节省至少一半的设备巡检成本。In accordance with the need of remote monitoring function in industrial control system and the question of monitoring equipments installed in harsh environments or inconvenient to connect Ethernet,you can use GSM SMS communication mode.The system hardware consists of MOXA 2151 I SMS module and industrial computer.You can write the monitoring software through VC6.0 to send AT commands to 2151 I so as to realize the function of sending field fault information to remote monitoring stations.Combined with the method in the production process of aluminum electrolysis,it proves that the application of fault monitoring can reduce the number of the personnel on duty and the patrol frequency of the equipment,yet it can save at least half of the cost of equipment inspection for the enterprise.
