摘 要:针对PDC切削齿的机械磨损、崩裂、聚晶金刚石层剥离的失效形式,提出采用"异形(即非平面)结构设计的PDC加强齿",以提高其使用寿命。通过有限元分析PDC切削齿和"非平面结构设计的异形PDC加强齿"受力情况,结果表明:牙齿工作时的内应力分布及大小得到改善,异形结构进一步增强牙齿聚晶金刚石复合层与硬质合金基体的啮合力,可显著提高牙齿的抗剪破坏能力。特别对牙轮钻头的运动学特征及破岩特点的适应性探索和对今后相关学科研究有着重要的参考价值。In this paper, a solution is proposed to solve the failure mode of PDC cutter created by its mechanical wear, crack and the stripping of polycrystalline diamond layer, so as to improve their service life. By applying the finite element analysis to the force allocating on PDC cutter and non-plane surface designed PDC reinforced-cutter, it revealed that the distribution and size of the internal stress in the working cutter was improved, and the non-plane surface structure further reinforced the meshing force of the cutter's PDC layer and cemented carbide substrate. And thus it can greatly strengthen the shear-resistance capability. This is particularly meaningful to the kinematics of mono-eone bit and its adaptivity exploration of rock-breaking features, as well as to the research of related scientific disciplines in the future.
