摘  要:采用短电弧高效加工方式对GH4169镍基高温合金加工,在不同的电源放电参数下观察工件加工表面材料去除率、工件加工表面粗糙度、显微硬度、热影响区等参数分析,并使用SEM设备观察工件加工表面,初步得出在不同加工电源参数下所获得的试件表面质量规律,实验证明:可以寻找到一个到既有较高的材料去除率并可保证较小的热影响区的理想加工电参数点;材料去除率随着电压的降低而降低;工件表面显微硬度在不同加工电压下的变化趋势大体一致;能谱分析表明试件表面合金化程度随着加工电压的升高而升高。通过调整电源参数可以使得短电弧加工GH4169镍基高温合金的方式得到较为满意的表面加工质量。Nickel-base superalloy GH4169 is machined by the short electric arc machining (SEAM). Under the different power supply, the parameters of the material removal rate ( MRR), roughness of finished surface, microhardness and heat affected zone etc are observed and analyzed. The processing surface of the workpiece is observed with SEM. It can help to find the rule of finished surface quality under the different power parameters for processing. Experimental results show that the material removal rate is reduced with reducing the vohage; there is an ideal electrical parameter for processing which can provide both the higher MRR and smaller heat-affected zone; the EDS analysis showed that the higher the processing power voltage, the higher the alloying degree of specimen surface. The change trend of surface micro-hardness under different machining voltage is broadly consistent. Using SEAM technology to process GH4169 Nickel-base superalloy can get satisfactory finished surface quality.
