电子处方外配与药品电子监管平台合理衔接的探讨

摘　　要：目的:以我国药品电子监管平台为基础,探讨电子处方外配管理的可行性,寻找处方药零售不规范问题的解决途径。方法:通过理论分析和实地考察,结合药品电子监管与电子处方外配特征分析,探讨实现规范化电子处方外配的可行性。结果与结论:基于市场需求、政策推动和纸质处方外配过程缺陷的现状,我国处方药销售需要电子处方外配;借助药品电子监管与电子处方外配实施在目标、方法、路径方面具有相似性的特征,可在现有电子监管技术平台基础上与电子处方外配进行合理衔接,以实现处方全过程可追溯和促进患者合理用药的目标。OBJECTIVE：To explore the feasibility of electronic prescription dispensing outside management and to find a solution for nonstandard retail prescription drug based on drug electronic supervision platform in China. METHODS：According to theory analysis and on-the-spot investigation,combined with the feature analysis of drug electronic supervision and electronic prescription,the feasibility of standard electronic prescription dispensed outside was discussed. RESULTS CONCLUSIONS：Based on market demand,policy support and the defects of paper prescription dispensing outside,electronic prescription dispensed outside is required for prescription drugs in China;drug electronic supervision is similar to the electronic prescription dispensed outside in respect of object,method and route. Based on the electronic supervision platform,the objects of traceable whole process of prescription and rational drug use can be achieved by electronic prescription dispensed outside.
