自动化发药系统在我院门诊药房的应用实践与体会

摘　　要：目的:为医院实施门诊药房自动化提供参考。方法:结合我院自动化发药系统的工作流程,对自动发药机、智能传送系统、自动补药系统等设备在我院门诊药房的使用情况进行总结,分析自动化建设给我院门诊药房带来的改变。结果与结论:经统计,我院应用自动化发药系统后降低了药师工作强度(68%)、提高了工作效率(37.5%)、降低了内部调剂差错(84.88%)、优化了发药模式、提升了服务理念、改善了药房环境、提高了药品管理水平,但同时应注意做好自动化系统停用时的应急预案、核算控制系统的运行成本等。OBJECTIVE：To provide beneficial reference for the construction of automated outpatient pharmacy in the hospital.METHODS：Combined with the workflow of automatic drug dispensing system in our hospital,the application of automatic drug dispensing machine,smart deliver system,automate addition system and other devices in our outpatient pharmacy were summarized to analyze the changes brought by the automation construction of outpatient pharmacy in our hospital. RESULTS CONCLUSIONS：The application of automatic drug dispensing system could reduce the labor intensity（68%）and increase work efficiency（37.5%）and internal dispensing error（84.88%）,optimize dispensing model,and improve service idea,pharmacy environment and drug management;emergency response plan should also be prepared for the disable automatic system,and the operational cost of control system should be checked.
