摘 要:磁悬浮振动测试系统在一定条件下存在混沌运动,直接影响系统正常工作。为了解磁悬浮振动测试系统的混沌特性,推导了磁悬浮球运动的动力学方程,并建立了磁悬浮振动测试系统的仿真模型。在光电增益、控制电路电压增益、电流增益和磁力系数不变的情况下,通过改变磁悬浮球控制系统微分参数、光电位移传感器安装位置和磁悬浮球初始位置项对振动测试系统的混沌运动特性进行了研究,得出了产生混沌的边界条件,最后得出了系统的最优参数。实验结果表明,在最优条件下,系统能够达到稳定工作。In maglev vibration test system, under certain conditions chaotic motion exists, which will affect the system normal operation ; in order to make the system work properly it is necessary to make the system work in a non-chaotic state. To understand the chaotic char- acteristic of maglev vibration test system, the dynamic equation of magnetic levitation ball was deduced and the system simulation model of magnetic levitation ball was set up. The chaotic motion characteristics of magnetic levitation vibration test system were studied under the conditions of invariable photoelectric gain, the voltage gain and current gain of the control circuit and the magnetic force coefficient, through changing the differential parameters of magnetic levitation ball control system, the installation position of photoelectric displace- ment sensors and the initial position of the magnetic levitation ball. The boundary conditions were obtained, under these conditions the chaotic motion occurs. Finally, the optimal parameters of the system were obtained, with these parameters the system achieves balance quickly and the dynamic range of magnetic levitation ball is the largest. Experiment results show that under the optimal operating condi- tions the system can work stably.
