摘  要:声表面波器件卓越的性能,极其适于集识别与传感一体的应用。研究了反射率补偿型声表面波标签的温度测量可行性:分析并消除了反射栅结构差异对相位延迟的影响;提出相位比例尺递推的思想,在保证测温精度同时,极大拓展了测温范围;反射栅间相位延迟的线性拟合,减少了噪声相位对测温的影响;提出斜率温度系数的概念,理论推导表明此参数与反射栅位置、结构无关,简化了测温标签的标定工作量。实验验证了反射率补偿型声表面波标签测温的有效性,并在30~130℃内获得了±0.3℃的测温精度。The excellent performance of SAW makes it extremely suitable for integrated identification and sensing applications. The fea- sibility of temperature measurement of reflectivity compensated SAW tag is studied: the effect of the structure difference between reflec- tion grids on phase delay is analyzed and eliminated; the idea of recursive phase scale is put forward, which expands the temperature measurement range while ensuring the temperature measurement accuracy; the linear fitting of the phase delay between reflection grids decreases the effect of noise phase on temperature measurement. The concept of the slope of the temperature coefficient is proposed, and theoretical analysis shows that this parameter is independent of the position and structure of reflection grid, which simplifies the calibra- tion workload of temperature label. Experiments verify the validity of the temperature measurement of SAW RFID system, and the tem- perature measurement accuracy of ± 0.3℃ is achieved within 30 - 110℃.
