摘 要:目的研究NaCl胁迫对银柴胡生长的影响效应及生理生化机制。方法通过盆栽试验,定期采样测定不同NaCl胁迫下银柴胡生长指标及生理生化指标。结果 0.3%NaCl胁迫对银柴胡生长没有显著影响,而0.4%以上NaCl胁迫对银柴胡生长有显著地抑制作用,且这种抑制作用随NaCl胁迫程度的增加而增强。银柴胡叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性均随NaCl胁迫程度的增加呈现先增加后显著下降的趋势。丙二醛(MDA)量和脯氨酸(Pro)量随着NaCl胁迫程度的增加呈现增加的趋势,而膜透性和蛋白质量随NaCl胁迫程度的增加而呈现降低的趋势。结论在适度的NaCl胁迫下银柴胡可以保持一定的抗渗透胁迫能力和清除活性氧的能力,进而保持膜的稳定,以致不会抑制银柴胡植株的生长。Objective To investigate the effect of NaC1 stress on growth and physiological-biochemical characteristics of Stellaria dichotoma amdits mechanism. Methods In this study, one-year-old S. dichotoma was cultivated in pot at four NaC1 levels (0.2%, 0.3%, 0.4%, and 0.5%) and the plant growth parameters and physiological-biochemical characteristics were determined. Results NaC1 stress had no significant effect on S. dichotoma lgowth at 0.3% NaCI. However, NaCI stress significantly inhibited the growth of S. dichotoma at 0.4% NaC1 or above, and this inhibition was greater at higher concentration. The activities of SOD, POD, and CAT increased first and then decreased as NaC1 concentration increased; The content of MDA and proline significantly increased as NaCI concentration increased, while membrane permeability and soluble protein content significantly decreased as NaC1 concentration increased. Conclusion S. dichotoma has osmotic stress resistance ability and reactive oxygen scavenging capacity at light NaC1 stress, which causes S. dichotoma growth no inhibited at a certain extent NaC1 stress.
