摘 要:针对枣园煤业松散破碎煤层巷道的支护难题,提出了松散煤层巷道围岩内外承载结构模型;研究了内外承载结构协同承载机理,分析了内外承载结构的承载性能,通过改善破碎围岩的力学性能和增加内承载结构的厚度,可有效提高内承载结构的承载能力,利用FLAC3D对内外承载结构的承载作用进行了定性的模拟分析。根据该控制原理,在枣园煤业23081机巷进行了工业性试验,巷道围岩变形得到了有效控制,巷道维护满足生产需要。In order to solve the support difficulty of roadway in Zaoyuan Mine with loose and broken coal seam, the model of internal and external bearing structure of surrounding rock in loose and broken coal seam was proposed, the coordinated bearing mechanism of internal and external structure was researched, and its bearing properties was analyzed. The carrying capacity of the inner bearing structure could be enhanced by improving the mechanical properties of surrounding rock and adding the thickness of the internal bearing structure. The role of internal and external structure was analyzed by using FLAC3D, According to the control principle of surrounding rock, the industrial test was carried out in 23081 roadway of Zaoyuan Coal Mine. The mine pressure observation showed that the deformation of the roadway surrounding rock was effectively controlled during the roadway driving period, and the roadway maintenance could meet the requirements of the mine production.
