摘 要:以某矿12418工作面为工程背景,通过理论分析,建立"煤柱-充填体-煤壁"力学结构模型,分析了采空区充填后,充填体与围岩之间的相互作用关系。并利用UDEC建立二维离散元模型,模拟分析了工作面充填法开采与垮落法开采相比减小地表下沉的效果。结果表明:采用充填开采时,多个支撑点对上覆岩层载荷进行支撑,顶板的挠度值减小;地表最大下沉系数小,顶板未发生台阶失稳,采用充填开采可有效的控制上覆岩层运动,缓解地表下沉,保护地表建筑物。Based on the engineering background of 12418 working face of a coal mine, we established "coal pillar -backfill -coal wall" mechanical structure model by theoretical analysis, and analyzed the interaction relationship between the backfill and surrounding rock after the goaf filling. By establishing two - dimensional discrete element by UDEC, we analyzed the effect of reducing surface subsidence between backfilling method and caving method. The results show that overlying strata load was supported by multiple support points by using filling method, the deflection value of roof decreased ; maximum ground subsidence coefficient was low, the instability of openeast bench did not occur in roof. The overlying strata motion was effectively controlled, surface subsidence was relieved and surface building was protected by using the filling method.
