摘　　要：手绘淡彩艺术应顺应时代的发展,不断创新,创造出新的形式符合现代艺术的审美需求,充分体现出手绘淡彩艺术浓厚的审美趣味和个性特征,体现着新的审美意蕴和新的艺术理念。通过研究动画片中手绘淡彩艺术的表现功能和艺术使命,正确把握动画片中手绘淡彩艺术的精神内涵,让手绘动画作品始终保持旺盛艺术生命力,具有一定的现实意义。Hand-painted pastel art,keeping up with the times, by continuously innovating, creates new forms to meet the aesthetic demand of modem art,which fully reflects the strong art aesthetic taste and uniqueness of hand-painted pastel, and embodies the new aesthetic implication and new art concept. By studying the performance function of hand-painted pastel in the animated cartoon and artistic mission, it is of practical significance to correctly understand the spirit and implication of hand pastel in the animated cartoon and to keep its exuberant artistic vitality.
