摘　　要：网络信息技术的发展和就业信息化程度的提高,使传统就业管理模式向电子就业管理模式转变。文章论述高校毕业生电子就业管理模式的构建,提出高校电子就业管理方法、监测方法和管理信息平台的构建,提高就业管理效率和水平,促进传统就业管理模式向电子就业管理模式的快速转变,推动大学生充分就业、高质量就业。With the development of networking information technology and improvement of employment information, traditional employment management mode is transforming to electronic employment management mode. This paper discusses the construction of electronic graduate employment mode. It proposes the construction of electronic graduate employment management, monitoring and information platform, to improve the employment management efficiency and standard, and to promote the rapidly transformation from traditional mode to electronic mode so as to achieve full and high quality employment for university graduates.
