摘 要:提高工业用水效率是促进我国节水防污型社会建设的重要举措.利用2011年水利普查数据,分析了河南省工业用水结构和地区分布特征,并以万元工业增加值用水量为指标计算了河南省各地市的工业用水效率,分析了工业用水效率地区分布平衡情况及差异原因,最后有针对性地提出了四种情景下的工业节水目标,计算了各地市工业节水潜力.研究表明,河南省工业用水效率主要取决于一般工业用水效率,其次为高用水工业用水效率,火核电业用水效率影响较小;全省工业节水潜力较大,在7.43×10^8~13.27×10^8 m^3之间.Improving industrial water use efficiency is an important measure to promote the construction of society of water conservation and pollution prevention.According to the water conservancy survey results in 2011,the industrial water use structure and distribution in Henan Province were analyzed.The industrial water use efficiencies of 18 cities in Henan Province were calculated based on the index of water use per ten thousand yuan of added industrial value,which can explain the difference of water user efficiency among different cities and its causes.Finally,four scenarios of industrial water saving targets were proposed,and the water saving potential of each city was calculated.The results showed that industrial water use efficiency depends primarily on the general industrial water use efficiency,followed by the high-water industrial water use efficiency,and water use efficiency of thermal and nuclear power industry has insignificant effects on the mean industrial water use efficiency.In addition,there is a large industrial water saving potential in Henan Province,which reaches 7.43× 10^8~13.27× 10^8 m^3
