摘  要:目的观察桥式运动对Dynesys术后功能的影响。方法将2009年12月—2012年12月就诊的因腰椎退行性疾病行腰椎后路减压腰4~5椎间盘摘除Dynesys系统内固定术26例纳入研究,2009年12月—2010年12月就诊的13例设为对照组,2011年1月—2012年12月就诊的13例设为观察组,对照组行术后常规检查及康复护理,观察组在对照组基础上于术后第7天开始进行桥式运动训练,两组均于术后第2天和6个月进行X线检查和腰椎功能评定。结果两组术后第2天与术后6个月椎间隙高度及ODI值比较差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。观察组与对照组术后6个月椎间隙高度差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。观察组与对照组术后6个月ODI值差异没有统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论 Dynesys术后患者进行桥式运动训练腰背肌会导致椎间隙高度明显降低,但不会影响腰椎功能的改善。Objective To observe the effect of bridg-style movement on postoperative function of patients with dynamic neutralization system ( Dynesys) operation. Methods A total of 26 patients with lumbar degenerative disease undergoing L4/L5 Dynesys internal fixation during December 2009 and December 2013 were divided into control group (n=13, during December 2009 and December 2010) and observation group (n=13, during January 2011 and Decem-ber 2013). The control group underwent postoperative routine examinations and rehabilitation nursing, while observation group received bridg-style movement 7 d after the operation based on the treatment of control group. X-ray examination and Oswestry disability index (ODI) detection were performed 2nd d and 6 months after the operation in the two groups. Results The differences in lumbar intervertebral height and ODI value between 2 nd d and 6 months after the operation in the same group were statistically significant (P〈0. 05). The difference in lumbar intervertebral height 6 months after the operation in the two groups was statistically significant (P〈0. 05). The difference in ODI value 6 months after the opera-tion in the two groups was not statistically significant ( P〉0. 05 ) . Conclusion Postoperative bridg-style movement for patients with Dynesys internal fixation can obviously minish lumbar intervertebral height, but it will not affect the improve-ment of lumbar function.
