摘  要:目的调查湖北省2012-2013两年血吸虫病重点水域的水体感染性,探讨哨鼠监测在血吸虫病监测预警系统中的作用。方法选择长江、汉北河、府河3大水系设立哨鼠监测预警点。汛期(5-6月,9-10月)采用哨鼠监测法检测水体的感染性。调查哨鼠监测点周边村组历年疫情资料,同时观察滩面人畜活动情况。小鼠饲养35 d后解剖,对出现感染性水体的区域启动应急响应机制。结果 2012年,长江、汉北河2大水系10个监测点未发现感染性哨鼠,感染率为0。2013年,长江、汉北河和府河3大水系12个监测点共检出1个阳性监测点,阳性点检出率为8.33%。回收的哨鼠全部解剖,检出阳性哨鼠3只,检获血吸虫7条,哨鼠总感染率为1.31%,阳性鼠平均虫荷为2.33条/鼠。发现的1个哨鼠阳性点启动了应急响应机制,未出现血吸虫病重大疫情。结论哨鼠监测法可及时提供预警信息,是湖北省血吸虫病重点水域现场监测系统的重要组成部分。Objective To investigate the water infectivity of schistosome in key water regions of Hubei Province from2012 to 2013,and explore the role of the sentinel mouse technique on surveillance and forecast system for schistosomiasis.Methods Schistosome-endemic areas of the Yangtze River,the Hanbei River and the Fu River were chosen as the surveillance and forecast sites.The water infectivity was detected by using the sentinel mouse during the flood season(from May to June,from September to October).The infection status of people in the villages around the surveillance sites and the activities of human beings and domestic animals were surveyed.The emergency response mechanism was initiated when the areas with schistosomes were detected in water.Results Among the 10 surveillance sites of the Yangtze River system and the Hanbei River system in 2012,no site with infected sentinel mouse was found,the infection rate of mice was 0.Among the 12 surveillance sites of the Yangtze River system,the Hanbei River system and the Fu River system in 2013,1 site with infected sentinel mice was found,accounting for 8.33%.All the recovered mice were dissected:3 infected,with a total infection rate of 1.31%.Totally 7 adult worms were collected,with mean worm burden of 2.33 worms per infected mouse.The site with cercariae-infected water body started the emergency response and no epidemic occurred.Conclusion Detecting water infectivity based on the sentinel mouse technique can offer warning information promptly.This method is an important part of surveillance and forecast system for schistosomiasis control in Hubei Province.
