摘　　要：传统意义的内河水运经济是一种可持续发展的运输经济,具有明显的外部效应。随着市场经济的发展和人们文化生活需求的提升,内河经济渐渐演变为以观光旅游为主、周边城市配套建设为辅的区域性经济类型之一。本文拟以四川省宜宾市水运经济的发展为调研主体,对不同投融资模式进行探索,在适当进行对比分析和风险评估基础上,建立适合我省内河水运市场的安全、多元的投融资机制,进而为我国水运经济的可持续性发展提供理论依据和实例。In traditional sense,inland water transport is a sustainable transportation economy with self-evident external effect. As the market economy develops and the cultural needs of people increases,inland water economy is morphed into a tourist-oriented type,supplemented by surrounding cities supporting the building of the regional economy. This paper takes water transportation economic development in Yibin city,Sichuan province as research subject to explore different financing models,and based on a comparative analysis and risk assessment provides a model system of safe,diversified investment and financing mechanism for Sichuan province inland water transport,as well as a theoretical basis and case studies for the sustainable development of China＇s marine economy.
