推进精细化管理,提升高等院校财务管理水平

摘　　要：财务管理作为高校管理的一个重要组成部分,其管理水平的好坏直接影响着高校的管理水平和能力。大力推进高校精细化财务管理对于高校的管理水平意义重大。因此,本文从精细化财务管理的内涵及其特征分析出发,分析了我国高校推进精细化财务管理的必要性和重要性,在此基础上,重点探讨了高校推进精细化财务管理的内容和手段以及有效推进高校精细化财务管理的具体措施。只有不断的推进高校精细化财务管理,对每一个财务环节都要精细化,才能让财务管理工作更加完善,才能更加有效地提升高校的财务管理工作,提高效率和质量。As an important component of management in colleges and universities,financial management has a direct impact on the university＇s management level and ability. It is of great significance to vigorously promote the fine financial management in colleges and universities for university management level. In this sense,this paper analyzes the necessity and importance of promoting the fine financial management in colleges and universities by presenting its connotation and characteristics,on basis of which the contents,means and specific measures to effectively promote the fine financial management in colleges and universities are discussed further in details. Only by constantly advancing the fine financial management in colleges and universities,and refining every financial link,can financial management be improved,the financial management of colleges and universities be enhanced,and efficiency and quality be increased.
