摘　　要：本文采用文献资料法、实地考察法、数理统计法等研究方法,对我市武术运动发展具有代表性的武术馆校进行调查研究,发现目前师资问题比较严重,教师年龄呈两极化、教练员学历层次偏低、"重武轻文"等现象较重,严重阻碍了我市武术事业的发展,就此问题进行调查分析,并提出了相应的对策,旨为推进我市武术馆校又好又快的发展提供参考依据。The documentation,site visits,mathematical statistics,and other research methods, the development of the city Wushu representative Wushn Schools conduct surveys and research, the current teacher found a fairly serious problem, teachers were polarized age,coaches Members of the low levels of schooling, ＂the heavy-light＂ phenomenon heavier, has seriously hindered the development of the cause of Wushu city,a survey of this issue, and the corresponding response was to promote the city Wushu school yet fast and the development of reference.
