新疆竞技体育人才培养可持续发展研究

摘　　要：体育后备人才的培养是竞技体育发展的战略性问题,本研究对新疆竞技体育人才的培养现状及其影响因素进行1调查和分析,发现新疆竞技体育后备人才严重不足,势必影响新疆竞技体育的可持续发展。建议应完善后备人才储备,建立健全新疆竞技体育后备人才"三级网络"、提高教练员综合素质,并结合新疆的实际情况提出后备人才培养方案:(1)实施重点项目后备人才培养布局工作;(2)实施后备人才培养输送重点布局办法;(3)实施对青少年训练重点基地投入扶持制度;(4)实施优秀青少年运动员参加全国比赛办法;(5)实施二线教练员送培计划。The cultivation of sports talent reserve is a strategic problem for competitive sports development,the purpose of this study is to analyze factor and present situation of the cultivation of competitive sports talent in Xinjiang. In a study ,there are a seriously short of competitive sports talent in Xinjiang,it has influenced the sustainable development of competitive sports in Xinjiango Recommendations should improve the talent reserve,establishing and improving the framework of ＂three level network＂ on competitive sports talent in Xinjiang.improve the coach comprehensive quality,combined with the actual circumstances,actual measures must be taken：Foster reserve sports talents of key projects ：The layout focuses primarily on the transport of sports talent reserve,Support for key bases of training teenagers.Let outstanding teenage sportsman enter national competition;Second - line coaches also need training.
